Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are delivered within 1–4 working days. You’ll receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, besides the Netherlands we currently ship to Belgium and Germany. Expansion to other countries is in preparation.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, in original packaging and in perfect condition.
Who pays for the return costs?
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Without track & trace, returns are at your own risk.
How do I register a return?
